The detailed change log can be found in the forum, mainly it’s just about bug fixes and finding a better balance for things like grenades, points, AI, covering, but also there’s the keyboard config, line of sight helper and player marker, not to mention a new base called “Center trench”!

Been playing it a for a bit, i’m not too sure about the new line of sight marker. It IS a large improvement over before, but i feel as though it smooths out far too much.
I find myself waiting for the marker to move into position so i know if i can hit someone or not, by which time i am usually dead. The marker should instantly follow your cursor at all times, as currently it is dramatically affecting the pace of the game.
I tried that, but it was really distracting at least to me, as the marker was warping around the screen and way too hard to follow. An option for the smoothness could be added easily though.
Anyway, I’m not content with how the line of sight marker is at the moment, it’s just the first attempt at it. While it does help the aiming significantly, it’s not that nice thing to have and e.g. I’m sometimes getting it mixed up with an incoming grenade. There are still ways to make also the elevation appear more obvious, which are going to be tried at some point.
How about a laser(sort of like in alien swarm) that goes from your character to your mouse point(put will be blocked by intervening terrain). And yea it looks a little too much like a grenade at the moment.=)
where do i report bugs because i was playing and i hit Caps Lock by accidentally and it made my computer screen froze and game crash.
On the forum under support or directly to pasi.kainiemi@modulaatio.com. Also send rwr_game.log or post the last lines in it, usually there’s something that relates to the crash.
Great! I’d like it if there was more in-depth stealth, and possibly a wounded status which you could be healed from by an ally. It could require an item you could get from grenade crates, and it wouldn’t always succeed. Keep up the good work!
Im feeling this build is harder. The AI is more precise. And even one of their bullet can kill you, where you need to fire half of your mag. Oh well, fun nontheless
