When ever I try to start up, I get this message. I looked up the issue, and found another post, but still could not figure it out. I tried installing directX on the redist not web installer, but I cant figure out how to actually do it.

maybe pastebin the log file? You find it from appdata/roaming/running with rifles, note that path isnt correct but its close enough to probably understand where the log file is.

Its the rwr_log.txt there is also that .log file too but not that as you cant open it as text file
