Are you trying to play the demo or the full game?

Also, which Windows version do you have?

Ok, seems you've got the folders I'd expect you to need in order to run RWR, but for some reason now they are not being used by RWR.

I seriously doubt this will work, but you could try copying the .dll files in x86_microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.21022.8_none_bcb86ed6ac711f91 to where you've got RWR installed, and then launch RWR.

Number 7. "Run the sfc /scannow System File Checker command to replace a missing or corrupt copy of the msvcp90.dll file. If this DLL file is provided my Microsoft, the System File Checker tool should restore it." seems interesting if you have a feeling there might be something wrong in your Windows.
