I'd be interested in seeing missions added to RWR, for both single-player and multi-player modes.

Ideally customizable.

Examples:

- Capture the flag
- Escort person A from point X to point Y
- Kill person A
- Find weapon W (in a crate somewhere on the map)

Maybe this would fit into the overlays? Not sure...

There will definitely be some kind of missions. As the core objective will remain the same, i.e. cleaning the map, you will have some kind of side-missions that will give you an advantage over the enemy if you succeed.
This is intended to split the players in different objectives instead of all players focusing on pushing the front lines.
I won't go deeper into what we discussed/planned but you aren't far away with your ideas ;)
The first "side-mission" might see the daylight in 0.77 but probably not before 0.78.

Sure, everything that works in Singleplayer works in multiplayer too.

if its question about ideas for side missions. i can answer to that.
a supply drop side mission where you need to get the drop before the enemy. (also makes sense when getting the advantage from supply drop)
