I am running 64-bit Linux Mint Cinamon (based on Ubuntu).

The game works perfectly in all other aspects except for:
* When I try to chat to people (I can activate the chat bubble but as soon as I type the game crashes).
* When I try to change text field options (Like player name and client port).

I found the .xml config files that controll the option settings so I was able to work around it. So for me this is non-critical.

Oh for those of you that are curious about the .xml files they are in the data directory of the game.

Here is my rwr_game.log

Help :)

The text input bug has been fixed and the fixed standalone and branch releases have been submitted to Desura -- still waiting for approval.

Thanks for the tips about the xml files Xello.

I suspect my issue (on x86 Ubuntu 11.04) will be fixed with the next release, too. But just in case (and because I didn't see this message in Xello's log) here are the last 2 lines of my log after typing in the player name box or in-game chat:

Code:
An exception has occurred!
std::bad_cast

I imagine it's the same bug, and fixed in 0.77, but let me know if you'd like more details.

Thanks for a great game pasik,

Blazes Boylan (formerly Mr. Gr :) )
