There's a position where you would cap North End without actually going to the marker, this screenshot shows the point where you can bug cap northend.

on the screenshot you ARE actually at the "North End" base which belongs to your faction. I can't see anything wrong in this screenshot.

I am just showing the position where I bug-capped.

In the shot, you seem to be within the 3x3 area of North End. If you have more than 65% of all the forces within that base area for 10 seconds, you'll capture the base.

There can still be enemies in that area after you capture it, so if they manage to defeat you so that they get more than 65% of the forces, the countdown timer starts going for their capture again.

This can slightly change in 0.70, when it becomes possible to define the capture zones more carefully.
