So this started after the new patch but when i launch the game i can move my cursor around (the windows cursor) but not the game cursor. I can open and close the main menu and run around but i have absolutely no mouse control.

Windows cursor shouldn't show in there. Any chance you'd be running software such as AMD Gaming Evolved / Raptr? I know it can make the Windows cursor show, but it actually didn't prevent the in-game cursor from moving, could be related still.

I have this same problem. I don't use AMD GE (I use nVidia GeForce Experience) nor Raptr. I have a couple of overlays enabled (teamspeak 3 and RivaTunerSE). Could these be the problem?

Yes it does. And also if I put the game in my second screen.
I tried checking cache files, and then deleting the game and downloading it again, but it's just the same. I tried changin game options from the configure launcher but, again, nothing happens.

Did you try to disable your second monitor? I doubt it would help but you never know.

Maybe, but I doubt I'll do it. I mean, I'd rather not play the game until they solve this problem than disable the monitor each time I want to play (I need both of them for work, so diabling one is not an option)

As you have two monitors, you should also have two render devices in the config; do you? Try changing the render device.

How do you want us to solve a problem which maybe isn't even a problem on our end?
We also need your cooperation to locate an issue, especially if we can't reproduce it ourselves. I didn't mean to disable your second screen as an end solution, but just to restrict the field which needs to be investigated.
But ya, try to do what pasik suggested first.

Weird thing... the problem has solved itself. I haven't done anything, just launched the game, and everything was fine. I really don't know what could have happened.
