If you have, and you've deleted it after playing it last, your stored map settings are still pointing to that location which no longer exists. You can edit the settings manually by opening the file C:\ProgramData\Running with rifles\settings.xml, and change map_resource_location to one of the vanilla maps, e.g. media\maps\map3. It seems that uninstalling the game doesn't remove the stored data -- gonna have to look into it. Have you been trying any map mods lately?
