Speaking of the folder setup. Why isn't it something simple like
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RunningWithRifles\Mods.
I don't mind the current setup, but I bet if there was a single folder in the RunningWithRifles directory that was created on installation titled "Mods" (even if it was empty) it would save a lot of confusion for newcomers. My argument for doing it this way would be that when you right click a game in Steam, go to properties, and select view local files the "Mods" folder would be the first thing that would pop up since it would be in the main directory, which would simplifying things even further. It's also a pretty standard folder layout for games with mod support.
Just a suggestion, don't murder me.
