Hey people and Devs,

I was thinking for a future update there can be clothing for different factions that you can find in those crates. And clothing for different units, such as the medic, etc.

So, like my naval topic, let the ideas be listed in a bold then description form!:
So these are the findable clothing:

Ghillie Suit
Common.... That's just pure epic-ness. Most likely rare, and for the sake of gameplay, the grey faction and brown would have grey and brown ghillies so you can spot the difference. The ghillie suit would have 2 purposes; to look bada$$ and to make you invisible to enemies when prone, unless you shoot.

Spy Clothing
You'd have three types, a green, grey, and brown clothing. When you wear it the what ever color you are wearing will be invisible to the enemy of that color until you shoot. You must act like them, but when you shoot they'll yell "SPY!" Or "THAT SPY IS NOT ONE OF US!" ( points to whom get the refrence) Most likely uber noober rare.

Bullet Proof Vest
New model of a black thing over the chests of the soldier, when in use, gives you a higher chance of survival when shot, or makes you pass out. Medic can heal you and you're on your feet.

Light Gear
A simple clothing, very baggy, and 100% polyester. These suits let you run quicker in battle so you can get behind enemy lines, dodge bullets like if it was dodge ball at your homeschool. But getting shot will most likely end up with you dying quick. And you cannot carry a backpack.

Riot Gear/Juggernaut
The masters of protection, like the bullet proof vest, this makes your endurance to bullets and such higher. Very rare, but looks bada$$. Comes with a cost, you move slower, like if you had a gun in your backpack.

Life Vest
Dem rubber ducky boats bumping into rocks? Your AI driver driving too fast? This yellow life vest lets you swim faster in water. Downside - it looks riddiculous.

And here are the class differneces:

Medics
Someone suggested this, but medics should have a white helmet and a white chest for all teams. This being said, there should also be a button to call out for a medic, and a class selection or a medikit that when picked up gives you the shirt.

Driver/Pilots
A random placed clothing, it's just a guy withsome hearphones, and no helmet. The end.


Clothing would be rare. Most people would have the default. It would be as rare as the snipers or even more rare.
These being ideas, I just spitballed these.
May the Devs be the masters of this. They add what the so please.

Generally I like Idea of more clothing types, but I would go in diffrent rout - insted of having coths that are giving me some advantage (like spy), I would like to have cloths changed depending what equipment I am carrying.

Example:
I am carrying medkit so I have medic uniform.
I am carrying shield, so I have riot guard uniform.
I am carrying rocket luncher so... So I have normal uniform with rocket luncher on my back.
I am carrying no second weapon so I have normal uniform.
I am carrying MP5 (silent weapon) so I have Spec Ops uniform (stereotypical Spec Ops uniform)
I am high ranking officer so each of those uniforms have diffrent visual.

That is something I would support. But uniform that grant You powers - I am sorry, but I just do not like that idea.

Something like this is in the plans. The way it's going to work is that each soldier model declaration can define itself as being bound to a tag (items that can be equipped have tags, meaning weapons and vests now) and a rank, and this combination is given a score. The score is used to decide whether someone carrying an MP5 and a medikit should look like a spec ops or medic.

The system also allows stuff to be set the way hinted by Alaskafish, to a degree, as a vest as equippable item can then change the appearance. Vests already support a few things that can change stuff, e.g. moving speed, whether bullets wound/stun/kill, and the parameters here are likely to grow, a detectability modifier could easily be one.
