Hi there!

First, I want to say a big thanks to the developers for this great game. It's awesome! Here are some suggestions to sweeten the gameplay a bit in my opinion:

- mines against Vehicles, and smoke grenades (But I think they have been both suggested already)
- more light during night, I would love to see flashlights and spotlights for vehicles (maybe nights should be then a bit darker)
- horns for jeeps and trucks (i thought something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAIRms5z7Zs) the driver can use with <Attack key> to scare away those pesky soldiers in front of your jeep/truck
- smoke rising from vehicles to indicate their health status (more and darker smoke = more damaged)
- destructable fences and walls
- a flagpole with a waving flag in the middle of each base to show where you can capture the base and who's owning it right now (every faction has its own flag)
- if your comms truck is destroyed, your map will get some image noise (Example: http://www.scheida.at/scheida/TV_SEITE/PAL_Testbild_LowRFSignal.jpg)

Ideas for other suggestions:
- I heard the devs are searching for a punishment when you jump down from roof tops. Maybe you could just get stunned for a particular time (like flashbangs work now) depending on how deep you fell.
- Engineer class: Maybe you could just add a wrench for the secondary slot with that you could repair damaged vehicles or destroyed walls and fences (if implemented).

That's all for now... Thank you for taking your time reading through my ideas! I think some of these have already been suggested. Sorry for that! But twice suggested is better than never. :lol: Also, I'll understand if you say "That's to hard to implement right now". I know there are plenty other things to do first...

This is technically not possible with the actual engine, it would require some deeper hacks into the engine. Sure it would look cool but I don't think we'd have the time to do it.

ya, wouldn't be bad but for some bases it might look a bit odd to have a flagpole. Not sure yet.

Sounds good but hmm not sure, at least that might be one of the very low priority things.

We might make a "hardcore" mode where stuff like this would happen. Maybe even on classic/invasion mode that falling from a height > 2 floors == 1 second animation where the soldier stands up again and in the meanwhile he wouldn't be able to do anything.

We had that discussion internally already. We are not too sure yet. Who would want to have a wrench as support team? Balancing might also be a problem. But we'll think about it again when the time comes.

Overall very nice suggestions as those are ideas we also had :) The problem is just that we need to say stop at some point. We already implemented way more stuff as formerly planned and there's still a lot of things that we want to see in the game.
