20 RP or maybe 50-100 because the life you taken is so valuable and then rescuing civillians make your RP rise about 50-70 RP i like some semi realistic or realistic gaming because game simulates what is in our mind if you only have hatred in you mind you want to play some hardcore shooting games or FPS games to ward off your Hatred to someone or it iwll make you Deliquent happy gaming dudes be sure you have your reasons in you mind!.

But what if the civilians I rescue are actually evil evil bad people? Shouldn't I lose RP by saving a serial killer?

While we're at it, let's add a minigame where you guess whether or not a civilian is good or bad. Then you have to kill/rescue it based on what you think haha

It doesn't make sense to have them stick around, most civilians abandon the places where there's going to be a battle, either by their own means or because the government relocates them.

Oh, and please learn some english, reading your post made me lose a couple of brain cells.

Maybe English isn't his first language? I do know his English is better than my Filipino, and I can hazard a guess that it is better than yours as well.
