Perhaps you can disguse yourself as enemy soldiers? It would make AIs not attack you immediately, but upon getting a closer look, they would open fire. For this to work in Multiplayer, perhaps your name won't be displayed. After all, how often do you look at your allies names in Singleplayer? Most likely not, unless you were not under attack. Or maybe it could always display a set name, so that if they aim over you for a second, they will dismiss you, but if they take a longer look they'll notice. It would all depend on not doing anything paticluarly supicious I guess. Or not coming across the paranoid soldier.

Also, I must ask... will a reason for Stealth? Perhaps planting bombs? Destorying and sabotage buildings, vehicles, and the such? Maybe you could go inside bases and steal kinds of plans or info? Hell, you could add some form of counter-espionage, you know, stopping enemy spies and such from doing previously mentioned acts?

Reason for Stealth? Kicking everyone's butt, more knife kills and just providing the gut-wrenching terror to the opposition.

But is that *really* helping your team win? By reason for stealth, I mean a reason to go into stealth that will help your team win.

If killing enemies doesn't help your team win, what does?

When you kill enemies, you can take over a base.
And so on..

Location: Somewhere among the fog, watching you kill the AI.

But when you kill enemies.... oyu make your team have to clean up the blood and the brains splattered against the walls and floors... really, why not just be able to hold enemies hostage? Less mess to clean!

I mentioned this in another thread, but if all your support assets were on-map assets, such as artillery batteries and mortars and that kind of thing, you could use stealth to sneak in and destroy these assets, rending the enemy unable to use them (obviously)

When vehicles are added, they could be sabotaged similarly, assuming they are things that spawn in a base and then entered, rather than something you spawn in with.

Well, as much as using stealth to kill people would be nice, where I would end up using it the most is moving through enemy territory, and eventually interfering with their movements.

That and diversions. While a larger unit is involved in a battle south of x base, you and a stealth team can move in from the west and take out the weakened base, or at least stop them from respawning so close to the battle, making it easier for the larger force to advance, and eventually win.
