There should be secret updates! I like finding out stuff and it would interest alot of people! The previous secret update would be revelaed upon the next update. :D

I'm fairly sure he meant each release should include added, fixed or modified features not listed in the release notes.

There's actually at least one secret update in 0.351 :) I noticed it when watching the stream Gaham posted here http://www.modulaatio.com/runningwithrifles/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=172.
