Don't stress yourself over it, ComJak :D You'll re-do much less if you take it easy because of all the little changes that will be coming during the next 10 updates :lol:

Just throwing it out there, maybe that wiki would be a good thing around now? I have a feeling that if the tutorial / help was in form of a wiki, there would potentially be more people contributing to it than with Google Docs, it's a bit intimidating I suppose. Searching and browsing it would be a bit easier and we could start gathering modding help there as well to an extent.

I'd especially stay away from getting too deep with the menu.

I agree with the wiki, would save you some work as I am sure quite a few guys would contribute.
For version 1.0 we'd pack it into a pdf again.

There's a wiki now at http://modulaatio.com/runningwithrifles/wiki :)

As you can see, it's editable by anyone, and it doesn't have any meaningful content yet.

Russian won't be done unfortunately. Back in the days as I wrote this thread be were using windows fonts, now we use bitmap fonts. Making a outline kyrillic bitmap font would be too much work I'm afraid.

hm, im talking about guide translation, not ingame translation :P
it was not a big problem back to 2006-2009 when we played BF2 and didn't have an option to change ingame language to russian :)

atm trying to do review video on russian about game, will see how it will go in next few days

oh my bad haha, I totally mixed it up. Reading the title of a thread usually helps :D
So you mean translating the wiki in another language? This would of course be a community task but I'd have to set it up to make it possible which requires some effort.
I am not sure if people would be willing to invest time in translating it as there is quite a bit of text and google translate might make an "ok" job to translate the wiki, or?
