well i was playing again now, trying hard to conquer bases...so i got 10000 exp points very fast, and after this i killed many many soldiers and never got another MORTAR! , i mean to be sure, i killed about 300 soldiers...
so...if its a bug, can we fix it?
and if its not, why not give the colonel with 10000 points another primary weapon? i mean you going to have 2 rocket, 4 grenades, ak-47 and a shotgun for example.
because i think its not so fair to reach that level and leave you without using the mortar.

ow yea, and sometimes the dead bodies suddenly alltogether like jumping with blood animation, like they are being raggdolled again.

Yeah, it's a bug sort of. The mortar strike rewards gets triggered by rank point progression, but that stops at 10000, hence no more strike rewards. It's not all wired how it's meant to be really, it shall be fixed at some point.
