Custom weapon not appearing in armoury

Post subject:  Custom weapon not appearing in armoury
I'm making a custom weapon for a personal mod, but it's not showing up in the armoury. I've added it to all_weapons.xml, invasion_all_weapons.xml and grey_primaries.resources. I've tried loading with an without in_stock=1 in both the weapon file and invasion_all_weapons.xml. Nothing seems to work, it just doesn't appear in the armoury. I also set the commonness value really high to see if the AI would spawn with it, and they don't. I've tried looking for help, but nobody seems to have had the same problem.

It looks good from here, but check for two things - typos (e.g., missing quotes or arrows, etc.) and make sure you've actually enabled the package when you start a quick match or campaign.

I changed the name of the AK47 as a test, and it looks like problem is that the game isn't recognizing any changes I make. I'm definitely loading my custom campaign, so I don't know what's causing this.

What does the setup of your package look like? It should look exactly like the vanilla package, except with only what you need in the proper folders, as most moddable games have it set up.

I deleted all unmodified files leaving only my mod content, but now the campaign won't even launch. When I hit start it freezes for a second then nothing happens.

It may be a problem with your computer, since it didn't seem to work with just changing out the name on an AK-47.
