I have been working on a single handed weapon for a soldier to use. But everytime he spawns in the gun is facing towards him and never forward. Meaning he can never shoot. I'm not sure if this is just the game that cannot handle a one handed weapon spawning as first weapon or something else. But one thing is that when ever I unequip the weapon and put it in my inventory again or reload the weapon, it fixes.

I have guessed it was this because I had messed with other weapons, copied other one handed gun animations and other info. And never had the issue with 2 handed weapons. If a new animation is needed or if there is one already available. Where do I get this or change it?

Nope, it's a known bug. I think it might have to do with the animation that takes the weapon out, but I haven't confirmed it. I figured it out pretty early into making the pistols for the game, which was why I had switched to a double-handed version (and then re-made as single-handers once I found out they were secondaries, as the problem would never present itself in the vanilla game).

I'm really glad someone else knows of this :). I was trying to make a B2 Super Battle droid with their wrist blasters but when they spawn then that happens. So I don't exactly have anymore ideas of how to work around it :(. I was hoping to stay quiet about the project I am working on but whateves.

I'm basically bringing the Empire, Rebel Alliance, CIS, and Republic into RWR.

That's pretty cool, heh. I'll see what solutions I can come up with, regardless of how much hacking I have to do. :)
