I got a quick question about using the medkit.weapon. I understand how you can make a melee weapon out of it by setting the character state to "death", but I was also wondering if you can change how much damage or vests the weapon can consume. I have ambitious plans of making a fire emblem mod where the weapon triangle is determined by the weapon damage against vests, like for example axes would do a certain amount of damage that would trigger the stun state on a knight's vest while a sword does less damage, which will possibly miss the vest's stun state. |

I'd have done this for the medieval mod of mine if I knew how. With the current setup, however, you can't get it to go through multiple layers of vest. You could accomplish this via making an insanely short-ranged pistol or the sort with vest penetration, but it would screw with the AI. |

Ya, I was worried that might be the case. So is there any way I can get this weapon triangle mechanic in the game then? The only thing left I can think of is tweaking weapon ranges and how fast they attack. |
