OK, so I've been going smoothly with a mod I've been making. And now it all of a sudden decides to crash indefinitely.  What's in the mod will obviously give away what I'm doing, and no doubt it's probably been attempted before, but nonetheless.http://www.mediafire.com/?9au328mhq9748ds |

Well, I tried it out and it worked fine on my end. You can try checking the rwr_game.log file, which will probably be in c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\runningwithrifles. A good amount of the time it will tell you if there's a file it's unable to load. |

I've scoured that thing from top to bottom. I'm used to looking through the .log files - had that problem in tons of different games. But it tells me absolutely nothing. I can only tell you that it's got to do with something in the mg42.weapon file, since it started crashing after I added that.(at least, I think. I've removed it from all sources and it still gives me errors) |

OK, that's odd. It's working now. I restart my computer and it works. No clue why. But nonetheless, here's the rwr_game.log for you: http://pastebin.com/7JmSAy00 By the way, the MG42 now fires in bursts of three, even though it's not specified in the weapon file. EDIT: And of course, soon as I start something else, the mod just doesn't work. Wunderbar. |

Even thought i dont know much about logs but it seems fine to me, maybe jack or pasik wants to solve the big mystery. |

Eh, I've just reinstalled the game and re-made the mod. All's working fine now, for some reason. |

Yet another problem, but now with a weapon model. I just saved this M1919A6 and I can't open it up again - gives me a vector error. But it still runs fine in-game. A bit odd, since I can open up any other weapon just fine. |

Here's something to try... 1) verify that the model file is proper XML, open it in a program such as XML Notepad to see if it detects a formatting issue 2) change the model filename into new.xml, place it in RWR Voxel Editor folder and just run the editor without parameters |
