Try if these work for you:

Also, make sure you don't have duplicate names for different resources as that confuses the overriding logic. E.g. you can't have a model called arrow.xml and a projectile called arrow.xml and a weapon called arrow.xml in different folders.

Okay, the grenade and g36 work, but even if i alter the model it still doesn't work. I got this error

the model what i made is xml voxel made. it naybe depend on that

All right, now I see the bug. The voxel meshes aren't properly issued for loading when they are introduced in the weapon projectiles, and bullets specifically.

I'll fix that for 0.84. Regular polygonal meshes would work fine.

Weapon specific, there are lines such as

    <animation key="reload" ref="33" />

in some weapons.
