Can you add a "Local" Voice Chat for better Teamplay?
(Steamworks Voice-API is good for this (is the steam ingame-voice host serverside or by steam?))

Or a better (menu... many people don't know about this feature) Squad System with voice.

The {SAS}Clan has team speak. We have used that sometimes.
