This is an odd idea I will admit. But you could say it is a perk for staying around and leveling up in game. Basically, it is a new costume available to certain ranks.
The new costume could be something simple. Like maybe a cauldron or a new helmet or different colored pants just for signifying an authority of rank. This is mainly aesthetic, but would be cool. Maybe I will work on some models for each rank and post the pictures here and have a poll on which ones should win. That would allow for the voice of the community to choose.
Wearing these costumes would be completely optional. Just for the people who either want to fit in the ranks or really stick out.
