I've been reading this suggestions section and already know that you plan to add character based missions like hostage rescue and so on. What I would like to see implemented is squad based missions or game modes for when you rank up your character through the single player campaign and it unlocks squad based missions.
What would be involved in a squad based mission? Well let me refresh most people's memory back to an old classic game - Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines / Series
This classic war strategy game lets you control a squad to infiltrate heavily guarded areas in order to achieve the goal like assassination or something.
It would be great if RWR eventually had squad based missions like this where you could select a squad of say 3 soliders and of course your own character and they all have different roles. And then you switch between them in order to achieve your goal in different scenarios.
