Note that if you've switched to the secondary item/wep/etc while changing the primary wep, it will always remain uncharged.
There is no way you have not seen that your character always reloading if you've switched the primary wep more than once.

Subject tells it all. I was swapping between VSS and P90 and they allways have empty clip when i take it to use. |

Basically, it's a technical thing that allows the backpack/stash/armory stuff to be handled as id's only without any additional data associated with them. It saves some marginal bytes in syncing stuff in online, too. There were two options with it then; either a weapon comes fully loaded or not loaded when pulled out from the backpack. The latter was chosen to slow you down a little bit. |

Thanks pasik. Yes DIO i've maybe noticed but it has not been disturbing. Now I REALLY noticed it when I was repeately using two different primary weps. |
