Having just deleted a 20 hour co-op campaign by accidentally hitting Delete instead of Continue, I suggest either moving the button someplace not as easily pressed and/or adding a confirmation box just in case.

Yeah, that user should just be banned imo.

On topic: I came to the forums to request this very same thing for the same reason. I suggest moving it much lower on the menu, with CONTINUE as an extra big button all the way on top.
