Actually I did mention this to pasik on the Alpha 0.351 topic, yesterday I believe(can't be bothered to check the date) and told me this

Can't believe no one has asked this yet (Either that or I didn't read around enough), but I think there should be an ingame save deletion option. I don't like exiting out of my game just to delete a save game that I don't want anymore :S I would be really happy if this was added.

You know guys i also would like to suggest to make an option for "autosave" on/off, because not all the time you will want to delete the saved games.
