1.
Portable LadderA tool that lets you
root one (1) ladder to a wall, in case you need to get to a comfortable spot.
Available in the rank-point shop for about $10, and nowhere else.
You have to dismantle it to get it back (something you can't do with normal ladders), and you can't dismantle it if someone is on it.

1. Portable ladder is a bit troublesome considering it would have to work online too. Currently most of the map elements, walls, crates, ladders are static to keep the amount of network traffic down and to not confuse AI too much, and it would seem that this is how it's going to be for 1.0 too. Having said that, the line is somewhat blurry already, as there's a workaround by using vehicle elements for all sorts of things, such as the Hesco barriers in 0.92.
ah okay
2.
Portable CrateA big hunk of wood and misc stuff that, like the ladder, is
only available in the rankpoint shop for about $25. If you have it in your secondary slot, you'll
suffer from the "full backpack" slowdown unless you place it or otherwise get rid of it. When placed,
behaves like a normal crate in absolutely every way.

Now I'm about to walk over the words I just said for point 1, as a crate could be doable by allowing static vehicles to be destroyed by stabbing and being able to hook up the event of destroying the vehicle to spawning items based on certain rules. There's fairly confirmed plans to see this in vanilla as a form of supply drop, therefore it would be possible to make the thing a purchasable item as well.
note: I didn't hear of the "Hesco barriers" until sometime after posting this thread.
3.
SmartphoneRarely found in crates and/or rarely dropped by dead people. Can be sold for $50, takes up 1 point of backpack space.
4.
C4 Brick$20 in shop, available nowhere else. You can
hook it up to a wall and
specify a countdown -- the longer you hold the fire button, the longer the countdown. After setting it up, if you have the
Smartphone you'll get the option of
remotely detonating it instead. You can also
attach a handbook,
magazine or
comicbook to it to make it
grab the attention of enemy troops.

4. C4 is somewhere in the plans too, hopefully not too far away now. The way I was initially seeing it behave was that it would probably take the secondary weapon slot, you switch to it, and by pressing LMB, a piece of C4 would be stuck on to whatever it was set on, wall or vehicle basically.
You could set several of them by repeating that, and for detonation, you would detonate them one by one, by hovering the crosshair over one (the indicator would detect the C4 and display the text) and clicking on it. Maybe holding down could be interpreted as an intent to detonate all of them, or, you'd have to place the C4 close enough each other to form a chain of explosions - somewhere along those lines.
The idea about using valuables to attract enemies (AI or not) sounds pretty intriguing I must say, this must be done in some way or another

glad I could be of use c:
5.
Pause Time-stop in singleplayerMost of the time I have to get to a safe spot a la The Matrix just so I can alt tab out, and sometimes when I switch back to the game I find my soldier dead. I also can hear gunfire and other war stuff while Googling something. I say this should
stop -- in the literal sense,
whenever the game is paused.
6.
Stick GrenadeA grenade that, unlike normal grenades,
explodes on impact.
7.
Sticky GrenadeA grenade that
sticks to things such as the ground, vehicles and soldiers.
Detonates after a few seconds, like a normal grenade.
will add upon this as i get more ideas
