hmm ya I also thought about it lately as it would be a totally different weapon and all other types of weapons are pretty much covered.
The visuals of a flame wouldnt be too much of a problem imo but don't expect the enemy to burn, they would just die and that's it
Also the AI would need to be adjusted to use a flamethrower as you need to get quite close to the enemy.
Also I think that a flamethrower dude would need to know that he can kill an enemy crouched behind a sandbag wall. Without such advantages a flamethrower would be pretty much useless.
