Just found the new rifle today by accident. When was it added?
I love it! It doesn't have a zoom if I'm not mistaken, but it seems to be a direct upgrade of the Dragunov in all other regards. Nice accuracy, rapid fire, decent clip size. I love it!
The wiki says it's silenced, but I haven't checked if it is actually silenced in the game itself.

Something I noticed a long time ago that - I just found out - has never been fixed: At the heart of West Town, Vaaleakoski, there is a large building (at the parking lot) with a bunch of crates on top of it. These crates seem to be immune to explosions from both grenades and the LAW.

The VSS is a rare so it's definitely a direct upgrade to all other weapons. The VSS does have a slight zoom. It is silenced as well. Probably the best rare out there right now.
