Marvelous idea, Id love to play some more pvp.

Ive also got a timezone map for the time-confused, All times are in GMT. That means if you live in new york your time would be GMT-5 (gmt time -5 hours) And if you live in japan the time would be GMT+9 (gmt time + 9 hours)

I'll post an event this evening on Steam for the minimodes on map6. It will be on {SAS} minimodes at around 7pm server time (7pm UTC/GMT)

Minimodes still needs needs team rebalancing between mode switches. I played a TDM game where I was the only person on my team with a positive score, then a KOTH game where I was the only person attacking, and then I logged out for Teddy Hunt to play inva for a few minutes during Teddy Hunt because that mode is even worse than the others with unbalanced teams.

What Halp said. Plus - Mosque is OP posision. I would advice making it more open for enemy fire from ground or other hight buildings OR making it unaviliable for anybody to enter it. Simple situation - one team get ahead in amount of kills and goes into Mosque completly. Other team is on loosing posision so they need to attack it - but no matter how hard they try, they will never get better than team fortified in such place. Any battle that was including Mosque was simply stupidly pointless. KoH even more than Team Deadmatch.

Another thing is that Team Deadmatch seems to be Newbie Unfriendly. Lot's of new players quickly looged out after first... 15 minuts of play? After some time we had only veterans there, and no new players. Let's be honest now - if new players will not like it - there is no sense at all for it to exist. Veterans might be cool and good, but there is only few of us, while newbies are countless. However to provide You with info why it is Newbie Unfriendly we would have to get feedback from them.

Yeah, those maps were not so suitable for minimodes, except the teddyhunt was fun.
And the roundtimes must really be much longer, at least double or triple. We managed to return 1 or 2 teddies and then it was over.
Also newbies have no idea how teddyhunt or other modes work, that was problem. Peoples were just running here and there. And when the modes are changing all the time they never learn.

After we changed to Beerdrinkers and had something like 10 players there it was great fun.

So, it was not so succesful first match. Hope that the word spreads and we have more players next week and minimodes adjusted a bit. Or maybe we start directly to drink beer...

a newbie will get destroyed in RWR anyway, there's not much we can do about it. Some will get that as motivation to get better while others will just leave, frustrated. We could test much the minimodes so far, but you guys now did, so thank you for the feedback. I expected the KotH at the mosque to be imba eventually so now I know it is.
We make some changes for the next version then.
