We'll definitely not make the initial spawn on the eastern side :)
We'll just lower the player ai compensation and add some more cover on the eastern part.
Not sure if I mentioned it already but 1-2 weeks ago I joined at map11 start (we were 6-7). I went directly for the spawn truck and parker it near the eastern tower and blew the tower up easily, I even soloed the 2 towers next to it. I was lucky that noobs didn't decide to respawn there eventually.
Also we most likely will add some surprises on the eastern part of the map for the final version so I might have to tweak it there anyway.

Surprises? After all we've been through on this map, I'm not sure if I like the sound of that :)

Today it took me around 5min from map start to blow east tower on first try. I went with 1 squad mate.
Send it to distract enemy and then run with shield to plant C4. Of course there needs to be some luck to have small amount of enemies on your way.

Then server was reset... :evil:

I just had a good run on this map tonight. Don't know if there have been some minor tweaks lately. Although but I did find a few small sheds you could get up on! Anyway, a few vets and I think one new guy that quickly learned. We hit the East ASAP just incase. And it was good. Took a bit of effort.

And I did see some nice shield work tonight. I think we need to start practicing some Phalanx, also the C4 runner using a shield seem to help a bit.

Hey grabbed the game on steam really digging it. I saw on steam the on going discussion for the multiplayer finalmap. Honestly can say i have not played it for single or multi. I do have a suggestion though. Just keep it for single player. Don't even bother with the head ache of trying to balance between the two. The mission can be a unique reason to even play singleplayer. For multiplayer i would like to suggest a simple brawl map. Most of the maps involve capturing points and controlling the map. I think a good rewarding awesome showdown at the end is whats in store. SO it should simply be a giant battlefield map, a one final battle.. From what i read the current map does this, but it seems like that was not the intention.

Btw since this is a small community im, sure i have played with some of you the past few days. Im under Mr.Browne in SAS invasion server.

Hi Ethabrowne and welcome to the community,

the Final boss map 1 was meant to be MUCH smaller, thus not suited at all for coop with more than 2-3 people but we finally made a much bigger map than what the plan was initially but at least the map can now be played with a lot of people.
The final boss map 2 (the last campaign map), which we recently started to bring on paper will this time be pretty small, an arena style map. It will probably not be added to the invasion map rotator.

At the moment I feel final map is good. Maybe even too easy sometimes.
