I suggest adding a setting in the "Options"-menu that allows the player to have a set number of corpses remain on the map at all times, for aesthetic purposes.

I got this idea in a recent match when the opposing faction was wiped out, and as such, their dead had nowhere to re-spawn and just stayed on the ground. I found myself walking through the remains of their final base, with corpses scattered all over the ground. Looked quite good.

So I suggest an option that allows you to choose a maximum number of corpses that will stay on the ground, and not disappear. When this maximum number is reached, the oldest corpses will be replaced by the newest ones. There should also be an option to set it to "Unlimited", for those with particularly decent computers.

I agree with your idea and I think there had been a similar request far away in the past too.

I've got the specific parameter within game already, but I've been waiting for myself to implement a slider UI control to set the value easily. I can gladly announce that such UI control has been created just today, I made it for the RWR voxel editor UI and it can be re-used in RWR too.

I believe you're thinking of my idea from using bodies as 'meat shields.'

This was implemented, and I got to say I love it. Absolutely love it. Now you know that there's been a furious battle, and traveling through areas covered in bodies really add a certain charm.

Yea this is awesome. Do any actually disappear with the bar moved all the way across? I play with 600 bots and it looks awesome after a while when you return to previously hotly contested areas.

I see you've implemented it. Cool. I'm honestly surprised at just how much difference it made. Looks really good, now.
