Whenever I quit the game or the map changes, the settings revert. Changing the settings in the configure panel also does nothing. |

You could try uninstalling the game, then deleting the folder C:\ProgramData\Running with rifles, and installing the game back. You'll lose your savegames, but I assume savegames aren't stored either if there's an issue storing settings in the above location. |
