I decided to buy rwr off of bmt micro, because i absolutely despise drm, and does BMTmicro deliver an actual hard copy of the game to me? i'd probably cream my pants if it did. Otherwise a nice drm-free executable would be just as nice.

BMT micro will send you an email shortly after purchase (1-2 business days). This email will contain a set of 3 links which you use to download the game. The copy is a soft copy so there is no disk.

The three links will automatically update on their own so you only have to go back to that email and click that link when rwr updates.

Be sure to save that email because that is your copy of the game.

Enjoy!

*edit- the three links are identical so you only need to click one of them.

Usually the transaction shouldn't take longer than a couple of hours.
Also I highly recommand that you purchase the game through Desura because you don't have to mess with your emails and won't have your download link blocked if you click the download link twice by mistake. With Desura you can also download the STANDALONE version of the game. You don't have to install Desura, you just need to log in their website, make the transaction and click on the download button!

That isn't entirely true. You are supposed to click on the download link multiple times as you use the same download link to get the updated versions too :)

Using the link from several locations tend to block the password though, which is inconvenient for both the customer and me as I'm the one doing the unblocking.

That's why Desura is the preferred option, mostly.
