OGRE Exception? Help! Can't run game!

Hi, sometime during my trip in China, RUNNINGWITHRIFLES just randomly started displaying this message when I ran it (Attached image)

I've verified game cache on steam
Reinstalled game
Checked that my DirectX isn't missing or something (That would be silly)

I'm not very good with error messages when they don't give me full information (Shortened filepath considerably ".../.../...")
Could any good man/woman/helicopter/cupcake help me out?

I think it wants me to install some Direct3D9 driver? I didn't even know I had that.

Yup, you guessed right - you need to install DX9. Probably a good idea to uninstall your current DX9 and reinstall it, to make sure you've got it down.
