 Post subject: SoundSystem.dll. Error

Hello i have been getting an error when i try to open RWR.exe (game) when i try to do it in steam nothing happens
and an error pops up saying:The procedure entry point alclsExtensionPresent could not be located in
the dynamic link library C:/Program Files
(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/RunningWithRifles/SoundSystem.dll.

I am not sure why and how to fix it, i have even re-installed openall.dll
but still no change at all.
