I have noticed something when some one form out of region aka some one with really high ping joins the rubber banding gets worse, same if some one with really low ping joins.

It might be related to the player's distance, but I kinda doubt this is the reason, because it happens almost constantly even in servers where I play alone.

I work quickly, cheaply and qualitatively. You can choose only two of the three options.

You might have noticed some rubberbanding even when someone joins with an average ping as well, which would cover all the ping states

Yeah we're talking about all the "new" official servers; at least for me I am speaking of the US Servers.
I haven't been on SAS since the major final reset for version v1.0.

For me I get frequent rubberbanding. But the new thing that is happening a lot is getting stuck moving in a direction after letting go of the button. Sometimes stuck moving for many seconds. It's happening a lot. On foot and in vehicles.

I have been playing maybe 3-5 hours in last few days and have not experienced too much lag.
Yesterday on dominanceEUx was some lag and rubberbands when I joined, but it sets down in 10min.

it's so bad and frequent I don't think I can play online anymore.
