Hey,

I'm having a bit of a problem the way RWR handles its window on Linux that is grabbing both mouse and keyboard and not giving one the possibility to switch to a different window using the window manager's shortcuts. For me, this happens both in full screen and windowed mode (could be related to my window manger - i3). Most games that do this have a keyboard sequence implemented to ungrab input devices (Ctrl+G being prominent) or offer a way out by invoking the Steam overlay (Shift+Tab). Neither work in RWR. Instead, I have to exit the game in order to switch to another window. It would be much appreciated if you could look into this.

Yeah I'm having the exact same problem (also on i3). Can't really play the game in this state (having to quit out of the game to answer an email is ridiculous). I hope this gets looked into.

Ok, I've worked around this problem by installing:

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lib3 ... oadnograb/

And using the following 'launch options' to run the game via steam:

Code:
LD_PRELOAD=libX11-nokey.so %command%

Oh, that's very handy... and will also for a lot of other games.

It might still be of interest to some that the game actually has a built-in hackish shortcut to release mouse and keyboard: it's Alt+Tab
