Would it be possible to copy over my online profile between my PC and MAC with the aim to login to all the same servers?

Having a quick look at the files I'm guessing this file?
online_client_options.xml

Also any plans to link RWR with steam cloud?

All online profiles are server side currently, so you can join a server with your server specific username and password just fine from different platforms and machines.

If you don't remember your password but have set it to be remembered on some machine, then yes, I believe you can copy online_client_options.xml between machines to help with logging in from a different machine.

Steam cloud has been somewhere in the plans but continues to be among the low priority ones.
