MGL flasher damages the type two vest down to 50% as per 0.98.7

tested this on myself today, with the type two vest and MGL flashbang launcher

no enemies around

First shot point blank brings the armor down to 50% and knocked down

Try shooting again, knocked over as per usual but armor is still at 50%

Repeat, armor stays at 50%

Put on a new type II vest at 100% and use flashbangs

First flashbang brings the armor down to 50% and I am knocked down

Second flashbang does nothing to the armor but im knocked down

etc etc

in the next version stuns aren't damaging the vests anymore at all, just disabling the target for a couple of seconds.

If you could crawl you wouldn't really be stunned though.
