Hey guys, I got this game a couple days ago and I play it everyday, I just love it. A problem is that I have trouble running it. The camera moves very smoothly and I have trouble shooting my enemy. I always try to aim at the enemy but my cursor just drifts off. Any tips?

The smooth camera and the extended mouse sight might seem a bit strange at first, but it appears that most people get used to it after a while. You might want to try different mouse sensitivity settings in the options to see if they feel better to you.

I myself had to actually check if the mouse crosshair is indeed bound to the camera smoothing or not, I hadn't even specifically noticed the drift before :) Well, 8 months of playing RWR sure does its job of getting used to it, even too much :D

As a quick hint, more often than not, it's enough to have the crosshair on the path to the target or behind it, so you don't actually need to get the crosshair absolutely on target to hit it. Taking the time to aim perfectly on target (the green dot is visible) does have plenty of use if you sneak behind the enemy and equip yourself with an MP5SD.
