That specific driver error is to do with directx Try installing this and see if you have any success http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35 Although for possible bug fixing purposes feel free to post your pc specs (mainly operating system and video card) Also don't try and download the individual .dll, that would be a bad idea. |

Someone had a problem downloading or running the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer, is this what you are also seeing or do you get to install it just fine but the d3dx9_42.dll missing problem is still there when you launch the game? By googling about the problem, there's http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/d3dx9_42-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm which might help.
