Weird startup issue

Happens every time I launch. Re-installing it didn't help.

That specific driver error is to do with directx
Try installing this and see if you have any success

Although for possible bug fixing purposes feel free to post your pc specs (mainly operating system and video card)
Also don't try and download the individual .dll, that would be a bad idea.

How does the solution fail? Someone had a problem downloading or running the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer, is this what you are also seeing or do you get to install it just fine but the d3dx9_42.dll missing problem is still there when you launch the game?
