Here's the problem: when I try to play with my brother in a quick match just him and I, it always tell me ''Online Terminated''.I think it's because we have the same IP (because we live in the same house). So my question is: is there any way to solve this? This game is awesome and I really want to play with him. Is it because qe have the same IP, or something else? PLEASE HELP!!

You should first ensure that your port is forwarded. Afaik, RWR doesn't have a "LAN" connection.

First, don't do any of this:

RWR works in LAN just fine, no need to forward ports.

You need to know what is the LAN IP of the PC doing the hosting. You can go to command line and run ipconfig, it would say something like
Code:
Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:

   Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
   Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::381a:3867:8be0:c327%13
   IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.11.10
   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.11.1

192.168.11.10 would be my LAN IP address in this case.

The PC doing the hosting chooses some random port for itself when starting the server, 1234 is usually fine. You should disable registering on the public serverlist as the outside world won't be able to connect to this PC anyway (unless you did what ComJak said about port forwarding).

Then the joining PC goes Join online game -> Manual IP, and puts the server's LAN IP address and port in, comes up with a username and password for himself, and joins the game.
