 Post subject: Modding / overlays crash

Hi, did some testing with 0.93 (Linux OS), since it seems that I cant use overlays at all. If I load mod from overlays it crashes the game.

This is how I tested: copied the vanilla file from media/packages and moved it to overlays folder and named it "not vanilla" (the vanilla folder that is). That was the only modification I made.

Started the game, and tested this on map 2 ( that I know works with no mods). putting the mod "not vanilla" on and trying to start quick match crashes the game.

Attached is the game log from the test.

Same happens here if I only copy particles folder into an overlay. Sounds like particles can't be overridden like that.

Try removing particles folder in your overlay.

i got a different problem, when i try to run a mod (newa) it starts and works till when in battle, few seconds and game crashes, windows error message no marks at log file about pointing an problem. Yes ive been modifying mod files, probably something on m32 but not sure what.

I could send crash file and possibly the package of my version of newa which crashes but im not on own computer so not possible till tuesday
