On Manjaro Linux 0.8.7 (Arch fork)

Lauches from Desura ok, but in game mouse reaction/movement feels like trying to carve miniture model of elefant into a pinhead using only an axe. If I make a smallish circle with mouse, the pointer either does nothing, or just seem to move between two points.

If I make large enough circle the pattern seems more like octagon. Choppy?
Also some times when launching from Desura pulse audio refuses to work (which is weird because it does work < sarchasm > so well < /sarchasm > with everything else...

But when I start the game from desura file location with ./launch_game mouse works like it should and sound is just fine, and all I have to blame for my lousy performance is myself.

More info:

I launched the game with terminal from /opt/desura/common/running-with-rifles/
with $ sh desura_launch_Play.sh command work just fine. No errors, and mouse works just like it should.

So this problem only occurs when I launch from desura. Tested, and the mouse still is jerky when doing that...

Does not bother me much (bunnysuit rule), but some other user coud get a fit about something like this.

This is certainly odd, gonna have to try it on my Linux as well. I'm usually only testing the standalone tar.gz package so this would've gone unnoticed for some time. Might also be that it doesn't occur on all setups.

All in all, it does sound weird. Launching the game inside Desura should be the same as launching it in a terminal, I believe, and if it's not, hard to think there's much I could do about it.

Good to have this thread here at least for future occasions, though.
