Totally forgot about this when we had the event, but when the map rotation got to Map 1 everyones client crashed with the pop-up error message "An exception has occured! invalid vector <T> subscript" with the OK prompt. Server stays up and nothing shows up as being out of the ordinary.

Just reloaded Map1 and it is happening again, client crashes with the same message. Any ideas?

Only happens on the {SAS}Beerdrinkers, I can join USClassic map1 fine, and {SAS}Invasion Map1 fine.

Yeah, same happens here when I try to join Beerdrinkers. How many factions does the server console show if you command "status" in there?

I think you mentioned at some point that you had to modify map_config.xml to make things run ok, and you removed the reference to brown.xml in the file. Unless Beerdrinkers is announcing a custom map config defined in its start_game command (the recent scripts should do this), clients joining will try to go in to three faction mode (as defined on them locally in vanilla 0.89.1.) but server only has two if the hack is in there. Custom map config would make clients and server sync the resource setup.

Did a clean copy of the Media folder from a fresh install of 0.89.1, also did a fresh copy of modes.zip files (excluding basic_command_handler) and server runs fine until I try to load map1, either by alias shortcut or by change_map vanilla/maps/map1 direct command then the server crashes.

I ran it without the map rotation to see if I had buggered up the scripts somehow but the same thing happens, however this time I get a crash_dump (attached)

Going to do a complete reinstall to see if that makes a difference.

Complete reinstall fixed the issue, eventually. Server files are now completely vanilla, only changes to server settings, admin settings and basic command handler. Also had to remove my custom start.xml files from the alias commands list as they were causing this new build to crash but I can live with that as long as it works :D

All maps work, I can change map & faction in game and the kick command now works. Hoo-fecking-ray! :D
