The server had been running all that time, but when the status command was given it showed network=not active and the server wasn't listed in the server list.

Start_server command was given, network=active and script responded to the declare_winner command, but the server will not show up in the rwrw server list. Had to close the server and restart both server and scripts to make it show again.
