First: MGL Flasher breaks shields and vests again.
Second: shields doesn't work. In most cases, they stand in a strange position and does not protect.
Anyway, some guys mentioned that this is a known issue, but I wanted to be sure. ;)

BTW As I recall it started happening again since 0.99.8.

hu, that's weird. Will look into it.
About the shield, it's a known one.

First flashbang brings the armor down to 50% and I am knocked down
Second flashbang does nothing to the armor but im knocked down
etc etc
I know, it's an old post, but there is the same bug with Pepperdust.

Funny, indeed...................

I meant, I thought you might fix it with the 1.2, since I've noticed this bug before the release and because I haven't tried a Pepperdust since then. So that, I didn't knew is it fixed or not at the moment of my editing.

Using this necro as we have the same situation with the new implemented black ops vest - it can be damaged either by Flasher or buy stun grenades.
